The upcoming 2 weeks signal the end of the 2016 season, with the ‘Kings of Wanneroo’ at Barbagallo and the ‘Round the Houses’ round at collie,
2016 has been an amazing year, finishing 11th overall in the state championships run by MCRCWA and 5th overall in the HCMCWA club championships.
After a difficult few years, its a great feeling to have finished a full season of racing and on board my own bike.
2017 is set to be even better, competing not only on the Honda Rs125 in the GP125 class with MCRCWA and HCMCWA but also competing on the Honda CBR250RR with HCMCWA in the Period 6-250cc class.
Plus the hopes of competing in the gp125/moto3 class at the ASBK round in Perth, which I had to miss this year.
Preparations have already begun for the 2017 season, but I can’t do it alone. So far I have been fully self funded, which, with 15 rounds has left funds stretched pretty thin and next year is going to be equally expensive especially with the added cost of ASBK, which I had to miss this year due to lack of funds.
